Liquid COD removal agent is a specialized chemical formulated to remove chemical oxygen demand (COD) from water. It integrates multiple treatment mechanisms—including oxidation, reaction-precipitation, and adsorption—to rapidly eliminate COD and other pollutants from wastewater. Typically supplied in liquid form, it is easy to store and transport, and can be dosed directly or first diluted to a specific concentration in a dissolution tank before being pumped into the reaction tank, neutralization tank, or discharge point. It is effective over a wide pH range (3–11).
